Your mission: guide our industrial customers through their digital transformation, combining technical depth with strong business acumen.

What you’ll be doing

  • Actively participate in qualification, presentations, and closing processes
  • Translate our clients’ operational challenges into impactful SaaS solutions
  • Co-build technical proposals with the sales and product teams
  • Deliver demos, POCs, and strategic workshops
  • Maintain and enrich the CRM (HubSpot) while building strong, long-term relationships
  • Contribute to our visibility at trade shows, demo days, and Industry 4.0 events

  • Hunter mindset: proactive, persistent, and driven by results and growth
  • OEE experience: solid understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness concepts and solutions
  • Local expertise and network: strong knowledge of the territory and industrial ecosystem
  • Adaptability and learning agility: able to ramp up quickly and adjust to prospects’ needs

Your profile at a glance

  • 5–10 years of experience in technical sales / SaaS pre-sales
  • Strong understanding of complex industrial environments
  • Comfortable simplifying and convincing at all levels (operators to leadership)
  • Bilingual (French–English), structured, curious, and rigorous
  • Experience with HubSpot and consultative sales cycles
  • Bonus: hands-on experience in Industry 4.0 or manufacturing digital transformation
